Irie Transportation uses the information you provide to review ride requests, coordinate service, communicate with you, and operate our driver network.
Information we collect
- Contact details such as your name, phone number, and email address.
- Trip details such as pickup and destination addresses, travel dates, passenger counts, flight information, and ride notes.
- Driver application details such as driving experience, license state, vehicle information, availability, and background-check consent.
- Basic technical information sent by your browser, including IP address, device type, and request logs used for security and service reliability.
How we use information
We use your information to confirm availability and pricing, assign drivers, send ride updates, respond to questions, review driver applications, prevent abuse, and maintain business records.
How we share information
We share trip details with the assigned driver and with service providers that help us host, secure, map, communicate, and operate the booking system. Cloudflare may process browser and network signals for the booking security check. An address or route provider may process the locations you enter to suggest addresses and calculate an estimate. We may disclose information when the law requires it or when disclosure protects riders, drivers, or the public.
Private ride links
Your receipt may include a private ride link showing the route, price, assigned driver, vehicle, payment state, and trip progress. Anyone with that link may see those ride details, so keep it private and contact us if you believe it was shared.
Payments
The public booking form does not collect payment card information. If Irie requests a deposit, the payment provider handles card details under its own privacy terms. Irie receives the payment amount, status, and transaction reference needed to manage the ride.
Data retention and security
We keep records for business, safety, tax, insurance, and legal needs. We limit access to operational staff and use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete personal information, subject to records we must keep for legal or business reasons. Call or text (386) 956-5230 to make a request.
Policy changes
We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
