Irie Transportation wants riders and driver applicants to use our website and services with confidence. We work toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA and review key pages for keyboard access, readable contrast, clear labels, and reduced-motion support.

Website help

Call or text (386) 956-5230 if a website feature blocks you from booking a ride or applying to drive. Tell us the page, feature, and device you used. We can take a ride request by phone.

Ride accommodations

The booking form includes a place to request wheelchair-accessible service, mobility assistance, child seats, and other ride needs. Tell us what equipment you travel with and what help you need. We will confirm the vehicle and driver arrangement before pickup.

Ongoing work

We test public pages as the website changes and address reported barriers. Some third-party services may follow their own accessibility practices.
